NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Our client wanted to create a small toolstation for working on electrical installations and fuse boxes. He found that trying to keep all of his tools to hand while standing on a ladder can be difficult.
This simple product, was designed for cost effective injection moulding manufacture.
PRODUCT DESIGN
We took this product from initial concept development through a rigorous and iterative design process, refining form and function to meet both user needs and manufacturing feasibility. Using rapid prototyping techniques including 3D printing for detailed fit-and-feel validation, and CNC machining for high-fidelity functional testing, we were able to quickly evaluate and optimise the design.
This accelerated development enabled us to transition seamlessly into mass production manufacture with confidence in the product’s performance and quality. The result is a streamlined journey from idea to reality that delivered a commercially viable outcome and helped create a successful product.
