Katie has vast experience in all aspects of trade mark law, including trademark selection and searching, trademark portfolio management, filing and prosecution of trademark applications around the world, initiating and defending trade mark opposition, invalidation and revocation proceedings, trade mark defence and enforcement.

Before embarking on her legal career, Katie represented Great Britain as an international three-day event rider. Though she no longer rides competitively, she enjoys teaching riders of all ages and abilities and spending time with her young daughters.
